Hello, that’s just your User Account Control therefore shift tab to yes and
press the space bar to allow the program to run. Once Jaws is installed you
won’t get that message.

Which browser and version are you running. If you are running IE version
7, you will need to update. With XP you can update to version 8, but no
further. Version 8 should be okay, but that is one of many reasons why
those who use XP really need to upgrade.

I use XP and Jaws 15 latest version.
I just signed onto Gmail with my GMail email and Gmail states I am using an
outdated browser. They offer GoogleChrome. Do not install Chrome.
I pressed JawsKey+F7 for links and only had 3 links.
Pressed escape and then basic HTML button was there;
I use gmail, and use jaws 12. just do it in html mode

select files that way. So, if you have titles of songs 1, 3 and 5, doing
the above will select 1,3 and 5.

Yes, if you are selecting one file at a time. But if you want to select
from the middle of a folder to the top, it's control shift home, not control
home. Control shift end from the current file to the end of the folder.

since you are focused on 1, it is already selected, so continue holding the
control key and use your down arrow key and when wanting to select another

placed mine after the period of a sentence, then did shift home and verified
