Which browser and version are you running. If you are running IE version 7, you will need to update. With XP you can update to version 8, but no further. Version 8 should be okay, but that is one of many reasons why those who use XP really need to upgrade. Andy -Original Message- From:

Not true. Many web sites no longer recognize versions of Internet Explorer older than IE 9, and will tell you to upgrade to a newer version, which, of course, is not possible under XP. Fortunately, recent versions of Firefox are able to access such problematic sites without difficulty. I

Hi Paul, I use XP and Jaws 15 latest version. I just signed onto Gmail with my GMail email and Gmail states I am using an outdated browser. They offer GoogleChrome. Do not install Chrome. I pressed JawsKey+F7 for links and only had 3 links. Pressed escape and then basic HTML button was there;

Yes, if you are selecting one file at a time. But if you want to select from the middle of a folder to the top, it's control shift home, not control home. Control shift end from the current file to the end of the folder.

Jorge: I normally just do CTRL shift home, to select from the current location to the top, but Dennies solution does work, at least for me. Where is your cursor located when you perform the shift home command. I placed mine after the period of a sentence, then did shift home and verified the text
