If you are using research it you should know that it is not reliable. It is a service provided by jaws but it is not supported. It will work when they set it up but every time the website changes the way things are done on their sight research it will no longer work. Since Jaws does not provide

Hi Donna. If you install a full package of Jaws on a computer, without a licence, Jaws will run in 40 minute mode every time the computer is rebooted. Be aware of, that many computers with Windows 10 are set up to only goto sleep mode when shutdown the computer, and Jaws will therefor not
