It only works in control panels programs and features
When I type add ... windows gives me add/remove programs and I enter I’m
taken to settings apps
This gives a complete list of programs in other words all the programs on
your computer

If you had it saved & accidentally deleted it, try looking in your Recycle
Bin. But, if you closed the text file without saving it, your not going to
retrieve it from anywhere.
