I just checked Ancestry.com mapping on the 1930 census. The map appears with
the balloon; however, move it around a little and it disappears (the map,

My U.S. birth certificate states that I am illegitimate. My parents were
not married, and my mother was told she could not list my birth father even
though he admitted paternity (South Dakota). That was some time ago. I
have seen a great many birth certificates (California and
Customize - Colors for information on setting the highlight colors.)

A Family Group Sheet might work for you. It will list the parents and their
children, along with the childrens' spouses and their birth death year,
and marriage date/location. It does *not* show the full birth/death date
for the childrens' spouses, however.

Not sure if this will help but a Google search on DATV+genealogy produces a
number of sites using that acronym or code. Here is one sample. Could it
stand for date viewed?
