This is the way I'd do it.
I'd use General Notes for one language and Research Notes for the
other - and put real Research Notes either in To Dos or in the
Medical Notes that I rarely use.
However, you could still have real Research Notes in the same place
and not print them in

For example, on the family tab, place your mouse cursor between the main

thing I noticed was that some words in the Notes were split and another kind
person on this list has told me how to stop that.
