have told it on numerous occasions that it is legitimate, but it still marks it
as to be deleted.

I'm wanting to copy a source document to a new source and then make changes
to it.
I used to get the dialog box asking if I want to apply changes to all
occurrences of create a new source.
I no longer seem to get this, it just changes the original source.
How much do I have to change
, but I would think you would only get the pop-up if you had
used that source somewhere. If it is new and you haven't used it yet, there
would be no need to ask if you wanted to apply the changes to all
occurences.

that in the 'results' tab on the to-do item so that I have a record of
the places I've searched. Then I change the repository for the to-do
item to the repository that I want to search next - i.e.

I've used FTM for many years and here's an example of what it does in a
simple fashion. I'm sure that Legacy has the capacity, I just haven't
stumbled onto it. . . . . . Anyone?

do is use the 'Research' tab of the notes to record the
conflicting evidence and my decision process and then exclude the
research tab from any reports. Does anyone else have a technique that
they use?
