Pat,
You will find much disagreement on the topic of using the full address in the
location field. I do, and accept the penalty that it can cause problems when
using the Geo-locator, although I do find improved results with the mapping.

compromise I wanted between entering locations for mapping and
entering them for the smallest Master Location list. And I found that
the format you suggest (city - street address) seems to allow the
mapping feature to always find
