Hi Angela, I've never thought about using Sources the way you have to find if people live near each other. You could find this out by doing a search on Source Detail - possible in Legacy 7. The Master Source templates for US Censuses are set up to have a Master Source for each County -

Angela, I'm not a splitter and have never tried to work out how to source this way. However it looks to me as though highlighting the Source in the list and clicking edit will give you what you need. Otherwise if using the Source Clipboard, again click edit and at the top of the page it says

Hi Angela, I can't imagine never having used Source Detail ;-) What you are missing, I think, is the Source Clipboard. You can load a Master Source plus Source detail onto the Source Clipboard and then use that to attach both to any other event or individual. If you've already entered the
