I have had the same issue. However in my case there was a little I could do
about it. The burial was in a graveyard in Ireland and the gravesite was three
Graves wide and three deep. So too of my ancestors have the same FAG as they
are buried on top of one another
That should not be. Separate them and then there will be two.

In Index view, in the box for RIN, enter the first RIN, 23361. That
should highlight an individual. Double click on the individual and the
individual's Information box will open. On the bottom center of that box
click on the text "Find a Grave ID". That will connect you to the Find
a Grave
Gene
In this case the memorial# is invalid… so both RINs need to be corrected (Find
the memorial for both again)

I

It is simple… two different people can’t have the same Faind a Grave menorial,
So there is a mistake or the two RINs are the same person.

I have had this a few times. Open the edit window & at the bottom you will
see findagrave memorial id #. Determine which of your ancestors have the
incorrect # and change it.

I was going to say click on those individuals “Find a Grave” and see where you
are. Then I thought, go to Find a Grave, search for those individuals and see
what their Find a Grave numbers are.
