price. Unfortunately International shipping costs are set at $14.00 and I am
simply not prepared to pay this. I appreciate that there is a PDF version,

There are pros and cons with both a physical copy vs. a PDF copy...but my
personal experience is simply when I am purchasing a manual, I prefer PDF.
