Using the _AppData folder for any files that relate to the user and their data SHOULD BE BANNED. I suspect that MicroSoft designed it for internal files relating to applications, which it does not matter if they are lost, and that is why they made the folder hidden so that we would not see it.

You cannot, the only sort fields you can use are RIN, Given and Surname, the three boxes at the top of the list. If you need to sort by other fields you can print the list to a csv file. Import the csv file into a Spreadsheet program to sort on any column there. Brian Kelly On 25-Jun-17
