I use TT budget S1102 dvb-s pci card, and have this
problem too.
My card can't lock transponders with 44950 and 44948
MS/s.
I tested kernel 2.6.17 and 2.6.18, sat Express am2 80e.
With winXP all works fine, signal has lock.
Kernel 2.4.x I not tested.
