Hi Trent, Really silly question, but can Server2 ping Server1? If so, can it connect to Server1 via telnet on port 80? (start-run-cmd-telnet server1 80)? From the look of the error message, it's more of a connectivity issue that security/authentication/authorization/permissions.

Hey Guys, I was doing some setup last night in my lab setup and got NLB working pretty nicely. Soemthing I couldn't find though is, I have a sharepoint server with lots of custom webparts etc. Would I need to install all this stuff manually first on the 2nd front end before NLBing them?
