There seems to be a confusing behavior with imported LaTeX documents that
contain
pper for 2.4.0, now filled as a bug #13068.
Fixed for 2.4.0 anyway.

PROBLEM
I have found a small bug in the UI: the dialog box for opening examples or new
files from templates.
It is not a serious bug, but it feels counter-intuitive. Also it does not seem
to actually carry out any operation (nothing is output to the terminal).
