The developer has a M1 Mini if I am not mistaken so upgrade on Ventura should work :-))-O. I have no issues on Ventura nor on Monterey (on the two desktops which don't want to upgrade to Ventura) What is the '"create new" environment'? You mean File -> New? Works for me. el On 16/11/2022

Thanks, Scott, Aged 4, I was dubbed a genius with a meccano set! Aged 21, I had an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering. Aged 85, and still pretty clever, LyX is THE meccano set for my brain! However, LyX does far more than I need. So I often think about helping develop a "bullet-proof"
