then one minute. I downloaded LyX 1.1.6fix2, compiled and installed it, but it has the same problem. Since LaTeX works fine and LyX 1.1.6fix1 worked fine on a SuSe 7.1, I have no idea where to search for the problem. Thanks, Luc

if there is another way to to do this. In 5.1.6 it says, that typing M-m l (I guess this is the LyX-way to enter \limits) should do what I want, but here it doen't seem to work at all. I Hope someone can help me, Luc Hamers
