Hello Linda, Pages is not good for reading straight through a document. Sometimes it works but most often it doesn't. If this is a document created in Pages, then I'd just select all (Cmd-a), copy to clikpboard and paste into a TextEdit document which will read straight through just fine. I

Hello Linda, TextEdit is a simplified word processor which is very useful, but it isn't a professional tool. Pages, on the other hand, is much more sophisticated and can produce all kinds of professional documents. Everyone has different requirements. I couldn't work as a professional
