Previously we have had problems matching the Google projection with
other WMS projections.
Well, after chatting with a Google friend I've discovered that people
have reverse engineered Google's projection, and have created a new EPSG
code for it. Apparently this code has been incorporated into G

I suggest you test your account by adding your name to the list of
Mapbuilder owners in the mapbuilder/LICENSE file. (Mapbuilder is owned
by the committers of Mapbuilder).
