set up so that you do not need a .forward file for postfix. Have you
tried running without the .forward?

I've found that .forward (with procmail called) works for default postfix settings.
As mentioned by Will, those advanced settings of procmail should have
been set by default.
Now my procmail can work well with postfix.
The only pity is procmail doesn't work (return -1)

character set names are application-defined, and may be just about
anything.
It would be a great help if you could, for as many platforms as
possible, try to produce simple lists mapping preferred MIME names to
iconv-accepted
