You need to set TEXMFCNF, TEXMFCACHE, and OSFONTDIR in your system environment,
for example in /etc/env.d/98texlive.

- TEXMFCNF value should be /etc/texmf/web2c.
- TEXMFCACHE value is the directory chosen by yourself.
- OSFONTDIR value should be the paths of your system fonts.
