as is customary, i would like to start a new part (lacking a better
word) of the same chapter without a title,

is this a necessity? what is the logics behind this?
is it more like an ending to the previous \NC ?

the context manual says max level 4.
by default context uses the symbols for these 4 levels
o level 1: bullet
-- level 2: dash
* level 3: asterisk
