I copied texexec.rb in the home directory, then I got

following:
cp /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/scripts/context/ruby/
texmfstart.rb /usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current/
texmfstart
chmod 755
