the phone yesterday with a lady in jamaica trying to get her to understand
my problems with audible,, she was very indistinct and couldn't make out
what i was trying to say, eventually she agreed to put my six credits
audible has changed a lot reasontly and i could not really work it. i can't
use the access site as that is audible.com and just for the americans and
not for us poor people in the uk.

Hi, it doesn't help, because the word library is not on the opening
page i go to. it is the same url i have been using for two months. i
haven't changed, but audible has. what url are you using that gibes

I am using Jaws and Windows XP. When I enter the Audible.com/access site,
Jaws reports 7 headings and 42 links. I remain signed in as I don't sign
out at the en of a session.
I find the library link right after the Advanced Search link which follows
the general search box and button. the
I' am beginning to believe that there is a problem with access in the UK.
Perhaps a contact with the RNIB to see if they can lobby on behalf of UK
users?
