Hi,

But the help patch for pix_texture says:
Inlet 1: rectangle 0|1 : use rectangle-texturing when available

So sending [rectangle 1( to it should have no effect since it is the

Do I have to set it to all the [pix_texture] objects that create the
textures, or only to the one using the shader?
That is, having

Yes, that is very important to understand. All of the texture objects have
to use the same mode. As already pointed out, once you use shaders the
automagic selection of these

Regarding the stack overflow and underflow error messages, I get these
continuously (once per frame at least) if I send [texunit( messages to
[pix_texture]s and I don't get them if I don't
They start when a [pix_snap] takes a snapshot.
Any idea?
thanks

A copy of the GLSL 'Orange Book' might come in handy too.
Yeah I think I'll buy it soon. And the red one also, no?
read the red book before the orange book!
Would you recommend me the blue book too, or is that too much?
that will be useful when you'll start
Hi Markus,
what's up?
by the way, you probably already noticed this, but there's some codes in the
snow apple SDK about using openCL (computing lib) this may be useful for
correlation based calculation used in this kind of research...and particularly
for real-time application.

oups...sorry, I wanted to answer to markus only...

Is anyone using the 'relocate' message to move/resize windows in Pd?
I ask because I want to simplify that code and the message itself in
pd-gui-rewrite 0.43. Its currently a very strange format, and it no
longer needs to be.
Here's the only working example that I know of:
I'm not using it, but can you simplify the vm geometry comand as well?

Hi there, now that Pd searches for part of words, I wonder if you can send
this as a command in a message to Pd in a patch. I know how to do it as it
has been done so far, and I don't know if there is now a new detail to make
it search for the not whole word.
What you guys say?
thanks a bunch
Hi there, is there any way to get the patch's path (as in openpannel, but
just the enclosing folder and not also the file) directly from the patch
using some trick or object? I did program a gadget with openpanel, s2l, list
split, l2s... but I was wondering if there were any easier ways.
Oh, by
You could use [dirpanel] to get just the folder without the file.

I think its just:
;pd-mypatch.pd find stringtofind 1;
the last float is a 0 or 1 with the same meaning as the checkbox.
