could get large capacity MMC cards which are just SD cards without a lock
tab. But there is no such thing as a large capacity MMC card...

Could be. As long as you get consistent separation left to right. Couple of
marks on the rail would be good enough.

Adjust the size of the viewing window to make it easier to blend the two
