I offer my belated sympathy. I lost my mother in 2010. I miss her
always! She was 96 and well right up to her stroke.
She was a good woman and Saints fan and I knew she had pull with the
Lord. In a moment of levity, I asked her to see if she couldn't help
the Saints win a Superbowl before

It's a lovely shot Rick. I almost never comment on these memorial
threads, I never know what to say, when I do it amazes even me.

My condolences Rick.
We lost my mother-in-law last week after a prolonged battle with Alzheimer's
which made her passing more of a relief than anything else - the grieving
took place over those five years

Sorry to read of your loss but glad she went peacefully. We all were
with our mom when she passed away and the same with my dad.

A lovely photo, Rick, and a fine homage to your mother.
My mother died in January 2008. She is still with me, and will be forever. A
wonderful spirit; a brave and delightful person: I hear her laugh still, as if
she were sitting beside me and responding to some inner amusement.

That is a very Pleasing and Peaceful image. The bright reflection on the
water draws the eye, and the patterns in the water, the clouds and the
boulders all add interest,

My condolences also, Rick. You can keep her alive in spirit through your
photography, continuing to honor the inspiration she provided to you.
Somehow I missed the link to your image, however.

My mother died peacefully last Thursday
Rick,
My condolences. Our mothers give us so much,
and her gifts show thru your personality. Remember her fondly.
Her voice will pop into your head forever.
