of jumping the pond this summer and attending one of the big English shows,
and it would be nice to touch base beforehand with someone to get some info.

The year 2001 must have been British year at the Oshkosh airshow, where
all of these were taken - there were three spitfires flying that day. The
Sea Venom was excellent, and also for sale, I believe it was only $US70,000,
which seems cheap compared to other planes like the Wildcat, which
at the RAF Abingdon Show, where the Sea Fury performed. Also saw it twice
at Weston Super Mud and the RAF Locking Show, the power dive and climb with
the roll out at the top of the loop was incredible,. the vortex from the
wingtips!!!
Anyway, enough nostalgia. I hope I might make the Abbotsford Air
