On my system it seems to freeze for a couple seconds when updating
thumbnails. Annoying but a very welcome software, for sure.

Reading the reports from all the happy campers here, I guess it
confirms that it just doesn't like XP x64.
That or it's conflicting with another piec of software.

It seems to be indexing the thumbnails when you view the folder for
the first time because when you look at the same
browsing.

directory with thumbnails turned on. Raw shell extender seems to
saving the raw display data in a file called rseThumbs.db, which is
located in the [%USER%}\Application Data\RawShellExtender directory. It

separate thumbs.db file in each directory, (folder that is), is to speed
up processing. I wonder if initial display with Raw Shell Extender will
slow down appreciably as more raw files are cataloged.
