Thanks Bob, there is a rodeo around here twice a year. The big one here
is on Labor day when it usually rains. The local community college has a
program for rodeo athletes. On Campus you can spot them by their
crutches casts.

Thanks Darren, yeah that guy limped out of the arena, but that's the way
those guys are. I know you have some rodeo folks there in Neb. There is
a National bronc champion from here in Webster county. Of course the
Bull riding tour goes to NYC and pretty well fills Madison Square garden
so
Dan thanks for the look and the empathy. As a mainly landscape
photographer I welcome the opportunity to try out follow focus, rapid
fire high ISO. Yesterday I went back to shooting wild flowers.

A Springy whimsical photo in many ways. In the less is more category I
think it would show off the carriage better without the tree on the
right. YMMV.

One subject I do not see enough of on PDML is Rodeo. My remedy is to
post this 11 shot gallery from an indoor bull riding rodeo I attended
last weekend. Lighting terrible, riders not very good, results very few
keepers, but nice people. For something a little different check these
out. CC

Nice closeup Mark. As it happens I shot some yesterday as well. Must be
the season.

Congratulations. Sadly it is a very clear picture with a nice setting.

The first one is especially wonderful!
I also like the second one. IF it were mine, I would try to dim
the white OOF background a little bit, letting the foregound
flowers pop out more.

Thanks for the look. It is still cold rainy here but that's Iowa in
the Spring. Hope to get some Daffys tulips soon, plus some wildflowers
soon.

No great art here and nothing approaching Mark C. These are just some
quick handheld macro photos take with the q and the Opteka Auto Focus DG

(Includes 10mm, 16mm, 21mm Tubes) available on Amazon. Next stop focus
stacking.
This looks like Mardi Gras New Orleans not Pittsburgh. Nice street shots.
