Anyone a dab hand with forrest? I've updated the changelog xml file
(src/documentation/content/xdocs/changes.xml), but whenever I re-generate
the docs, it skips the most recent two releases.
I've added them into the site html by hand for now, but it'd be great if
someone could figure out

I support continuing to enforce the follow guidelines for out of
scratchpad:
1. round trip (Read/write test)
2. large number of unit tests
3. No duplication of org.poi.util.*
4. Documentation for a reasonable person to get started/etc.
