There are a couple of v3.36 manuals that clearly document these EXT_FN,
EXT_PROC and GLOBAL keywords. They might not work as expected on QPC2, as
SMSQ/E is being used. But these should work on Q-emulator.

What are the frames per second and number of lines in the image?
What 'legal' signal is it most similar to?

There should only be the .WIN Container and it should be 1 MB in size.
(The .SYS File should be *inside* that container.)
