Yes this is one of the aspects, but it's not a 3.3V versus 5V issue.
(The relevant logic levels are the same.)

Not directly like Q40, Q60 or Q68. Aurora always is an add-on to
GoldCard or SuperGoldCard. So you need one of these also.
