If anybody is looking for a killer deal on RG142 coax jumpers you may want
to check these out on EBay before you build them. You cant even get the
connectors and cable for this price and there new.

If anybody is interested I have two new demo repeaters with the commercial
5mhz split duplexers installed from the factory. These are 10wt VHF models
and will work great for an emergency or primary repeater. I am going to
place on EBay tomorrow if there is no interest in them. If your interested
To all out there who want to list items that they want to get rid of here is

I am wanting to install a cheep, very cheep phone service VoIP at the
repeater site using the second IP I have available to me. I would like to
have a service that uses an ATA that can be configured to work with the
service I end up going with. I have herd that the Magic Jack will not work
since
that has the shield and moisture
barrier in it and that took care of the problem. I hope this help you
issues.

From
Mathew,
We have had problem back in Oregon with the Wi-Fi guys running the 2.4 GHz
outdoor wireless amps that mount at the antenna. They seem to be sending
spurs all over the band. With the PassPort VHF system on the same tower the
receiver would 20db down and then turn off the Wi-Fi stuff and
David,
I would say this could be easy but since you have you have a 1.6Mhz split on
the Voice repeater it will be tough with one antenna. You are going to have
to use ¾ wave cavities for the transmit combiner and a lot of loss. I could
not this working out unless you have a hybrid combiner and
I have a duplexer and can send whoever the cable measurements.

Chris,
The units your looking at are a great set of repeaters. You can call Ron
Tilley at RF Technologies but keep in mind they are way ahead of us. You
will want to call them around 8PM in the evening. I believe they will work
in the ham band.

Camilo,
I forgot to mention that the FRC is suppose to mediate these issues for you.
It sounds like that they are running the good old boys network down there
and in these days that doesn't always work. They have an interest to mediate
this since they will be drug though the coals if you do in

HI John,
Assuming that there area is like Denver and Portland that may be hard. If
there is other channels available take one and if you have a repeater that
used crystals make the FRC buck up and pay for the elements.

requirement to coordinate repeaters, but the council did know about this
individual.
Camilo, I suggest find another frequency.
