I think magnesium citrate is the more bio available form of magnesium. Also
orotate or chloride I believe, but this is more expensive. I have taken
about 600mgs of citrate with no ill effect, but I have a high bowel

student. Most colleges give their students access to at least some of the

up training as a Naturopath. We don't have any of those schools close

I need to have filling removed but haven't due to expense if you go to a doctor
that takes extra precautions. Another problem is if they drill and it goes
into airborne particles it can go up your nose. There are doctors that put a
mask on you to protect and them also. They vent
