Thanks for the idea, Melly, Nori does taste better than regular kelp. I
actually have a jar of roasted Teriyaki Nori sheets I've been working on
finishing off lately. I never thought of toasting it myself. I looked
at google about kelp and algae being useful for heavy metal and

Thanks for this. I love sprouted seeds in salad, smoothies etc. but didn't
realise you could sprout flax seeds. I must give this a try. My favourite
sprouts of all are lentils. They taste so great, I can't imagine a salad
withoout them.

Anyone know anything about the Gauss measurement of magnets?
Specifically, magnets out of a microwave magnetron. As one would be aware if
familiar, those magnets are like a donut, or a very thick washer in shape.
I'm interested in the Gauss measurement of the *inside* of the hole in the

Alas, remember that any store bought kefir will undoubtedly be pasteurized
-- which in essence (in my opinion) kills just about every healthy thing it
has to offer. Homemade, with raw milk is best!

Has anyone tried using CS in the process of making sprouts? It should help
with the spoilage issues, I would think.
I once used CS in the water of a cutting that I was trying to root. The

Is there a supplement or herb that will help

I know part of this is cleansing the body of toxins.

The milk is certainly pasteurized before it is turned into kefir (or yogurt,
for that matter), but live cultures are then added, and the product you buy
in the store DOES contain live cultures. I do agree that kefir made from
raw milk is best!

Good for you Jeff. I watched my wonderful grandfather, who I loved dearly die a
horrible slow painful death of lung cancer and that did it for me. I took up
crocheting and knitting to replace the habit and never looked back.

Several relatively low doses of salvia divinorum may help to break the
addiction to nicotine.
I don't think that one need experience the psychedelic aspects of it
to get this effect.
Still legal, as far as I know.

Take niacin and vitamin C to quit smoking. There is a pressure point under

Can you explain how you do this (particularly with the ACV).
One way you can make ACV cheaper is to buy one of the bottles with the
mother and then add some (half cup or so) to a gallon of unpasteurized
cider. It will eventually turn to ACV. You can also use a juicer with apples

The true process to make apple cider vinegar is to first ferment the apple
juice into hard cider which is alcoholic. This takes an introduction of yeast
to ferment the juice. Then after you have the alcoholic cider, you add the

Okay,
I saw this thread, and I was reminded of my own struggle, more than 25 years

Why is it so hard to stop?
Well: little known FACT is that the manufacturers (the smokers' factories) put
a sauce, a liquid, in the tobacco which is addictive. This is held secret for
the public; would the
I once had a student whose family harvested kelp off the island of Kyushu in
Japan. It's evidently VERY hard work. Sadly, it's reportedly gotten yet more
difficult due to ocean damage from pollution and climate change.I've no
idea of the long-term prospects.
