I would learn to meditate. It is the best de-stressor there is.

I personally handle stress and anxiety with Lithium Orotate, and the
traditional Chinese medicine teapills: An Shen Bu Xin Wan. They've made a world
of difference in protecting me from my own negativity and they work at a more
fundamental level of balancing than big pharma anti-depressants.
I agree with PT! That has been such a fundamental thing in my lifethat i often

On Fri,
Just recently going through anxiety/nervousness issues myself - I've been
taking a Natural Medicine made by Kingbio Anxiety Nervousness - it's a
homeopathy spray --- pump the spray in your mouth 4 times. It's to help:
*minor mood swings
*nervousness
*restlessness
*stagefright (big thing for me)
Ask how much cut you would have to take for it to not be in jeopardy.
Lower pay is better than no pay, and it would then give you the
opportunity to look elsewhere for better benefits. My income is off 60%
from 4 years ago, but I am still making some money.

I have been through a great deal in the past number of years
and know how extremely tough it is. Meditation is something
to look into for sure. Also Qui Gong. Best wishes to you and your family.

Dan's suggestion is quite insightful and it boils down to meditation as PT
earlier pointed out. The average human looses attention span every ten seconds
and it may seem intimidating at the beginning considering that an undesirable
physical manifestation can be resolved by controlled mental
