I know I should probably give up dairy but I have B blood type and it is a good
source of protein for me. I try to only eat things that are whey free but

I understand everyone's digestion system or whatever may be different, it's
just that in all the years I've been taking this stuff I've never had an
experience of that nature, and at times I've upped my daily dose to 300-500ml
for a few days. Doing this was for a two-fold
