Depending on how many VoIP-Endpoints you have I would suggest modifying the
VoIP-Rule (It sounds that you only get one phone as you want to set it to about
90-128 kbit/s?) to just hold this one IP. Keep in mind that other programs
using the low delay flag in the IP-Header will go to this queue
