Jan, I have followed this thread before and if you check the archives you may find that Biodiesel will replace fuel oil nicely in standard fuel oil gun type furnaces but Strait Veg Oil (SVO) causes a buildup (acrolein?) which quickly degrades efficiency. Waste oil burners apparently work well
