On the other hand, it doesn't take very long for it to oxidise after brewing, especially if it's been bubble-washed. In one test some bubble-washed homebrew had oxidised well beyond the EU limit after only a week, and well beyond the abilities of anti-oxidants to stop it hardening. Use
