I was actually asking if it's your opinion that SVO and/or WVO were
immune to algae buildup.

racecars inthe area can sell it cheaper-like 3$/gal. I'm wondering if there
are additives in the fuel for race cars I should be wary of and if they will

Peter,
Racers blend oil with their alcohol, making it less than desireable as a
component for manufacturing biodiesel.
If the alcohol in question is purchased before anything is added, it should be
fine.
The racers probably get their alcohol in bulk. If you can find out where the

Craig,
I couldn't say they are immune. WVO would initially be more prone, as it comes
in from the restaurants mixed with water from fryer cleanouts at day's end. I
couldn't speak as to whether or not any particular biocide would be functional
with either feedstock.

I had thought it would stop war in the OPEC countries. THat one isn't clear

I assumed the worker relocation could for a time be manufacture of the new

My projection was the oil companies would very much like to stop the

There might be a series of paroxisms as they shook the whole
nightmare off (along with most of their regimes) and tried to pick up
again where they were forced to leave off. What position would Israel
be left in?

I am buying it through a farmers coop for more like $1.5 a gallon. Look

Sure there has been. That's why more and more companies are getting into it and
more and more back yard producers are upgrading to small commercial scale.
As for studies in particular, you'll need to assess your own feedstock supply

This has been discussed pretty thoroughly in the past. http://www.methanex.com/
It couldn't hurt asking if the racing fuel is pure or not [someone who knows
when they add the oil?] Because methanol only gets cheap when you buy a couple
thousand gallons at a time, unless you buy from someone who
if using BD helps lubricate the injection system, would it be any benefit to
