After looking at the tape of the NCAA meet, it appears that Sanya Richards should have been disqualified in both the 200 AND the 400. Unlike the USATF and IAAF rules, which simply state that an athlete shall be disqualifed for stepping on or over the inside line of their lane, the NCAA calls
