ただ、できるだけOSM,国土数値情報から
探すようにします。
大変な作業をして作り上げるのがOSMの特徴だと考えるので、
sourceタグをつけなくても済む方法を精一杯考えてやってみたいと思います。
なので、最終的な砦としてと捉えて頂ければと思います。

などをオン/オフしながら、まだ避難所マークがついていないものを
探すのも手助けになるかもしれません。
ただ、データ更新にはタイムラグがあるのでご注意ください。
