When I relocated to the Philippines from the United States I was
culture-shocked at the lack of the type of mapping I was accustomed to. I
brought 2 Garmin GPS for driving directions that are not much good here except
for paper-weights. I stumbled upon OSM and loaded the maps for my Garmin.

Did a quick check using iD and the roads (in Boracay) are mostly aligned
with the available OSM GPS tracks. yay!
The Strava tracks seem to be aligned with the OSM Map with an approximated
offset then viewed in Map Compare.

Zajímalo by mne, kdy se vlastně objevují nové budovy v RUIAN či v
katastrální mapě.
Ta informace již padla, ale nějak jsem pozapomenul. Co znamenají duši ve
vrstvě budovy na poloha.net?
Například:
* 49.595290 17.263995
- ve vrstvě budovy z poloha.net je duch
- budova na OSM již neexistuje

je to st_intersects(ruian,osm) a tedy stačí, aby jiná budova byť milimetr
vlezla do té v RUIAN a chápe to jako že na místě budova je.
Ten barák na obrázku v OSM o milimetřík přesahuje přes tu růžovou hranici v
RUIAN.
Dala by se počítat procenta z překrývající se plochy, ale pro daný účel

budova a existující OSM budovy by byly o kousek posunuty, tak se žádná
TODO budova nezobrazí.
Pokud je účelem, identifikovat území bez natrasovaných budov, tak je to

musí být překryto budovou v OSM, aby se to vyhodnotilo jako že budova v OSM

Tak jiné návrhy zatím nedorazily, takže budova v RUIAN
Un contributeur local, des contributeurs de tous bords, les élus
locaux, un employé de l'ign, un bel exemple de collaboration.
