Where are you reading about a configure script? Maybe you're seeing the
compiling information. As in:

./make install
Also, I would highly recommend using the proxy pass, proxy pass reverse
method of connecting to Tomcat. It works well.

- Stopped the application from the manager
- Undeployed the application from the manager
- Stopped Tomcat (5.0.28)

- Tried to deploy a WAR file located on my C: drive to the server

What I find is that when something goes to the console but not to the
stdout.log file it is going to Standard Error. Do you have any way of
checking where the stderr stream is going? Can you write a line into your
file saying:
System.err.println(Find this line.);
and then do a search

Well, the console is trapped to stdout.log when running as a service,
isn't it? That's where I'd expect it. But I don't care enough for JDK
1.3 to actually test this for you ;)

mod_jk2 for windows for apache web server. How can I get it.
