I recently tried to install AOO V4.1.1 on a friend's laptop running
Windows 8. It extracted fine and started the setup. When it tried to
install the Visual C++ 2008 redistributable it said that it could not
find the file and the installation failed.
The install was run from the administrator

valid OpenPGP signature. Just because your crippled mail client cannot
