4.1.3
Du fragst was ich überhaupt manchen möchte.

http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/getmore?cid=920794

In the style definitions for the Page style(s) in use, enable header and/or
footer. Click in the Header or footer (wherever you wish the page numbering)
and /Insert /Field /Page Number.

If that doesn't work we need to know
Operating system and version
Page Style(s) in use.
What did you do exactly, and what do you see?

I have yet to come up with a practical use of the AOO BASE module. I
wonder in what way BASE is being used by HomeOffice operators? An
application of using BASE for developing a "Telephone Directory"
database is what first comes to my mind; I did begin to do that here,
but find that AOO CALC is easier for me.

Anyone care to give their list of BASE task applications? Becoming
aware of how HomeOffice operators are using BASE would be beneficial
to me, and may give me reason to reconsider using a DBM rather than a
spreadsheet tool in some instances.

Vince,
I use Base as a front end (client) to my Mariadb (MySQL) databases. I
use it mainly for inventory maintenance with several tables of items and
thousands of records on some tables. I also have my music and video

also helps keep me from buying something I already have.

Gene,

Welcome to this mailing list. A mailing list is an e-mail based
discussion group, for the community of users to exchange questions and
answers. Last time I checked, there's no phone support for AOO.

If you could write that e-mail asking for help, you surely can
continue reading and writing more emails to tell us about your
problems with AOO so that someone can help you with your problem.

Why insist on a phone call? it's usually much slower, as the person on
the other side has to first figure out what operating system you use
(PC running Windows? what windows? PC running Linux? Apple ?). It's
much easier if you could begin by providing that information over
email to the list.

Best regards
FC

Errr, he did: eastern standard time. That, and the 10-digit phone number, puts
him on the east coast of the US. Just FYI, the US has four time zones on the
continent: Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific. I’m sure Australia must
have at least that many.

If you get anybody at all, he probably won’t. Does Australia have ten-digit
phone numbers?

@Gene Riddell
What type of computer and what operating system are you using? Which version of
AOO?
