In what way? What formats are you using? Any error messages?
Most probably any difference is because of different fonts on Win10 than on Win
8. Fonts are not embedded in OpenOffice documents.

One should refresh the Browser page or delete the browser cache, to force a
reload of

your desktop. In this directory there should be a setup.exe. If you double
click on that it ought install. But if it doesn't we need to know any error
