Since upgrading to LO 5.4.0.3 I have been getting the following error message when I try to save a document. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling LO but still get the same result. It doesn't happen all the time or with all documents. The only way I have found of getting round the problem is

Hi All, Why doesn't the page number format in the TOC follow the page numbers on the pages? I have a series of roman-numerated pages (i-xiii) followed by a block of conventional pages (1-...). The TOC has an H1 entry for a roman page with the correct number, but shown as '3' rather than 'iii'.
