I think the way to fix this in the U.S. is to just stop making pennies. All

In computer systems, the term legacy system was used to describe an older
operating system or main frame computer system still in use which is
functionally obsolete. Legacy means something old, or handed down, which is
older and usually not up to date.
I would describe any non SI units
am just trying to come up with creative ways to get around the regulations to
